We stand behind the quality and utility of our kitchen organizers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is designed to be straightforward and fair.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them. For hygiene reasons, food-grade items (like silicone boxes and glass jars) cannot be returned if they have been used.

  • Items must be in their original branded packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return

Please contact us at service@auramesa.com to initiate a return.

  • Do not send items back to our physical address without an authorized return label or instructions, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your glass containers or racks arrive broken or defective:

  • Email service@auramesa.com within 72 hours of receipt.

  • Include clear photos of the defect or damage. We will expedite a free replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items and gift cards.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the items are completely unused and in original packaging.

6. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
