Our Shipping Philosophy
To reduce unnecessary warehousing costs and pass the savings directly to you, AuraMesa utilizes a specialized global fulfillment network. Many of our smart kitchen organizers are shipped directly from trusted manufacturing partners and international hubs.
1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, final quality checks, and secure packaging.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee: We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because our products are fulfilled globally, delivery times vary slightly by location:

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by your local government are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages in Transit
If your glass jars or organizers arrive damaged, please email service@auramesa.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
