At BlinkForHome, our global clientele's experience is our ultimate priority. We maintain a transparent and structured return framework to ensure your satisfaction remains intact. As a heritage-backed brand based in Hong Kong, we stand behind the quality of every curated item we dispatch.

01. ELIGIBILITY & RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the moment your package is officially confirmed as delivered by the carrier. To qualify for a successful return, items must adhere to the following standards:

  • Pristine Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and retained in their original state with all security tags and labels intact.

  • Original Packaging: All returns must be dispatched in the same professional packaging in which they were received.

  • Documentation: A valid Order ID or official proof of purchase is mandatory for all requests.

02. FORMAL RETURN PROCEDURE

To ensure tracking security and efficient processing, please follow our official authorization protocol:

  • Initiation: Contact our specialized support team at service@blinkforhome.ink with your order number and photo evidence of the item.

  • Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific dispatch instructions to our Hong Kong headquarters.

  • Disclaimer: Parcels transmitted back to our facility without prior formal authorization will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

03. LOGISTICS DISCREPANCIES & DAMAGE

Upon arrival, please perform an immediate inspection of your BlinkForHome order. Should you encounter any defects, transit damage, or incorrect items, notify us at service@blinkforhome.ink within 48 hours. We will expedite a resolution, which may include a full replacement or a complete refund including original shipping costs.

04. EXCLUDED & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to international hygiene standards and the nature of bespoke production, the following are excluded:

  • Custom-manufactured or personalized products.

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive goods.

  • "Final Sale" items and digital Gift Cards.

  • Note: Unless the return is due to our error (damage/defect), original shipping expenditures are non-refundable.

05. EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF RIGHTS

For residents within the European Union, you possess the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the merchandise remains in its original condition. This right is offered in addition to our standard 30-day global policy.

06. REFUND ALLOCATION & TIMELINES

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes our quality inspection, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved Credits: Refunds will be automatically credited to your initial payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).

  • Processing Time: Please allow 10 business days for the financial transaction to be finalized within the banking system.

  • Follow-up: If the credit has not appeared after 15 business days post-approval, please contact your card issuer or reach out to us at service@blinkforhome.ink.
